Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at nyack195@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at nyack195@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at nyack195@gmail.com.
